Katanga always looks like a particularly favored deceased releative or friend unless she is angry or very calm. When she is irate, she appears as a skeletal woman, pale of skin, with wild black hair whose tendrils twist and writhe with demented energy. In such cases she bears a black axe, HellReaver, and her coming is preceeded by the keening wail of damned souls. When calm, she appears as a woman of middle years, comfortably attractive but not remarkably beatiful; in this guise she wears grey silks.
