The White House
The White House represents those powers concerned with order and light. It is frequently associated with Men.
The Princes of the White House dwell in great castles studding the side of Mt. Caliphas, which has its roots in the darkest chaos and its summit in the clouds. Skaal is the only Prince whose castle is in the clouds and is said to be the only power who has seen the peak of Mt. Caliphas.
There are two white factions, equal in number but different in style. The first faction are the lightbringers, led by Mitras, Kalas, and Brodun. The second faction are usually referred to as the lawgivers; they are more influential in the middle world, and consist of Karn, Hamur, Kamar, and Tarn. Since each faction has a fundamentally different approach to the white orientation, both agree that Skaal is the logical arbitrator and therefor is the only choice acceptable to both parties.
